UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA RELEASES 2026/2027 HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TIMETABLE
The University of Abuja has announced an online hostel accommodation booking timetable for the 2026/2027 academic session, following challenges experienced by students while paying school fees through the university portal.
According to an internal memorandum dated October 25, 2026, the university management has approved an extension of the payment period, with hostel booking scheduled by faculty from Wednesday, October 28, to Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The booking timetable covers the Faculties of Agriculture, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Arts, Education, Law, Communication and Media Studies, Environmental Studies, Allied Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Physical and Life Sciences.
Students are required to book accommodation through the university’s online portal. Those who successfully secure a booking must submit a printout of the booking confirmation and evidence of school fees payment to the Dean of Student Affairs Division for bed-space allocation.
The university further stated that 100-level students are not included in this arrangement, while students in their penultimate years, including IT students, are excluded from hostel accommodation for the session.
Eligible students are advised to follow the approved timetable and complete the required procedures accordingly.
