The terms for using CampusClick guidance and support.

By using the website, contacting CampusClick or purchasing a service, you accept these terms. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian may accept them on the student's behalf.

CampusClick provides educational consultancy support for Nigerian university admission guidance, including O'level and eligibility review, course and career guidance, university selection, JAMB and Post-UTME support, admission applications, CAPS guidance, admission acceptance, clearance, registration and matriculation preparation.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Delays caused by missing documents or incorrect information provided by the client are outside CampusClick's responsibility.

The price and exact tasks included should be agreed before work begins. New applications or a change in scope requested after work has started may require an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed before it is applied.

CampusClick provides guidance and practical admission support, but cannot guarantee admission, a particular course or a particular institution. Final decisions remain with JAMB and the universities.

JAMB, universities, payment providers, email hosting and WhatsApp are outside CampusClick's control. Deadlines, rules, outages and decisions made on these platforms are outside CampusClick's responsibility.

Payments are non-refundable once the agreed service has commenced. CampusClick remains responsible for completing the full service included within the agreed scope. Any additional service or change in scope must be discussed and approved before extra charges are applied.

Services already completed are not refundable. Third-party charges, such as JAMB, CAPS or institution fees, may not be refundable, as these are set and collected by external bodies rather than CampusClick.

Website articles, checklists, branding and original material belong to CampusClick. Visitors must not misuse the website, copy substantial content for commercial use, or interfere with its normal operation.

Parents or guardians may arrange services for students under 18. These terms may be updated as services change. Questions can be sent through the Contact page or the CampusClick email address.
